Does your organization need to raise money for an upcoming event?
Do you want to hold a charitable fundraiser to help out someone less fortunate and who needs a little financial assistance?
The Echeconnee Cookers can help!!!
Your organization and the Echeconnee Cookers -- working as a team -- can put together a barbeque fundraiser that is both enjoyable for the workers and participants and capable of generating a substantial amount of cash.
Here's how it can work. Your organization will:
- Notify the Echeconnee Cookers at least a month (six weeks is even better) prior to the planned fundraiser date.
- Decide what you want on the menu (for example, individual barbeque plates, hamburgers/hot dogs, Boston butts).
- Advertise the event and sell advance tickets for the fundraiser.
- Provide the Echeconnee Cookers with the number of tickets that have been sold at least 10 days prior to the event.
- Provide a portion of the collected money to the Echeconnee Cookers for the purchase of the food and supplies and to pay the Echeconnee Cookers for their efforts.
- Deliver the meals (or butts) to the ticket purchasers on the day of the event or set up a designated location (and time) for the food to be picked up by the ticket purchasers.
- Enjoy a great meal prepared by the Echeconnee Cookers.
- Utilize the "profit" for its intended purpose.
The Echeconnee Cookers will:
- Purchase the food based on the number of advance tickets that you sell. This includes the meat as well as the ingredients for the side dishes (for example: cole slaw, potato salad, Brunswick stew).
- Purchase the other necessities (for example: plates, plastic ware, napkins).
- Prepare the food just in time to be provided to (or picked up by) the ticket holders.
- Deliver the food to the designated pickup location (if necessary).
- Have a great time cooking and preparing the fundraiser meals!
