Our Equipment
The following is a list of the equipment and supplies we take with us to a competition.
We prefer to be on the safe side -- we definitely over-pack.
Our participation in an event could be jeopardized if we forget an important cooking ingredient or utensil at the house.
Plus, we would have to eat somebody else's cookin'...
