The Echeconnee ("etch-a-cone-ee") Cookers are eleven BBQ-ing fanatics from Bibb and Crawford Counties, Georgia, who enjoy getting together to make pork magic on the grill.

The team's name, "Etcheconnee," is the name of the creek that forms the dividing line between the two Middle Georgia counties.
